Free U.S. shipping over $150
Orders of $150 or more ship free within the United States. For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.
Delivery times
Our products are fulfilled by carefully selected partners, so delivery times vary by item:
- U.S.-fulfilled items: typically 3–7 business days after shipping
- Internationally fulfilled items: typically 7–15 business days after shipping
If your order includes items from more than one partner, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you. Each package has its own tracking number.
International orders
We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking and questions
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package seems delayed, reach us through our contact page with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
