Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. U.S. orders of $150 or more ship free. Below $150, rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. U.S.-fulfilled items typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping; internationally fulfilled items typically take 7–15 business days. See our Shipping page for details.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
We work with several specialist partners, so items can ship separately. You'll get tracking for each package, and there's never an extra charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to many countries. Rates and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Import duties or taxes may apply.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Apparel must be unworn with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, supplements and personal care items can't be returned. See Returns & Refunds.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify and encrypted end to end. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many are, but every skin is different. Check each product's ingredient list and patch test before first use. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using supplements, herbal products or devices.
